Year 10 student Daniel plays for local lunch club

Year 10 GCSE Music student, and talented self-taught pianist, Daniel S, was invited this week to go and play piano at The Age Concern Lunch Club in Tadley, a weekly meeting for senior citizens to get together socially, have lunch and enjoy some entertainment.

Daniel played for 45 minutes, performing all his pieces from memory,  and those attending were delighted to hear a selection of music, including some of Daniel’s own compositions alongside pieces from Chopin and Vivaldi.

Daniel is one of the recipient’s of this year’s Music Scholarships, and is receiving weekly solo lessons alongside taking part in musical activities at school.
